To make this program accessible, we offer a sliding scale based on organizational revenue:
Tier 1: Revenue under $250,000. Cost is $750 to $2,500
Tier 2: Revenue $250,000–$500,000. Cost is $2,500 to $4,500
Tier 3: Revenue $500,000–$1,000,000. Cost is $4,500 to $7,500
Tier 4: Revenue over $1,000,000. Cost is $7,500 to $10,000.
Scholarships: Limited scholarships are available for BIPOC participants who primarily serve BIPOC communities. For more information or to apply, please indicate your interest on the sign-up form or contact us directly.
Group Discounts: Organizations enrolling three or more participants receive a 10% discount per participant.
Payment Options: Fees are per person and can be paid in 1 or 3 installments: Dec 15, Jan 15, and Feb 15

The ALAE Community of Practice is designed for changemakers—whether you’re new to evaluation, an ‘accidental evaluator,’ or a seasoned professional—who want to design evaluations that align with their values and purpose. Participants should have a project, program, or initiative in mind that they want to evaluate or improve, even if it’s still in the early stages.

We offer a sliding scale based on your organization’s annual revenue to make the program accessible to organizations of all sizes. Participants should expect to dedicate 2-3 hours per week to the program. This includes bi-weekly group sessions, small-group collaboration on alternating weeks, and any out-of-class activities to apply what you’re learning to your project.

No prior evaluation experience is required! The ALAE Community of Practice welcomes beginners as well as experienced evaluators. The program is designed to meet you where you are, providing tools, guidance, and support to help you confidently design evaluations that drive meaningful impact.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided once the program has begun. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise, we’re happy to work with you to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort.

Throughout the program, you’ll have access to group sessions, small-group meetings, and drop-in office hours with Dr. Nora Murphy Johnson. You’ll also receive practical tools and resources, as well as ongoing peer support from a network of like-minded changemakers. Additionally, participants who enroll by December 15, 2024, will receive an extra one-on-one coaching session.
